✨ Breathwork for Boys ✨

At Sacred House, Breathwork for Boys is a nurturing space created just for boys ages 5–11 to learn the power of their own breath. In our sessions, boys discover simple, fun ways to calm their minds, release stress, and feel safe expressing themselves.

Through guided breathwork, movement, and mindfulness, boys build tools to handle big emotions, feel more confident, and carry peace with them into school, home, and everyday life. Every class is led with care by trauma-informed instructors who understand the unique needs of young Black boys growing up today.

This is more than a class — it’s a brave, joyful circle where our boys learn they can breathe through anything. 🌬️✨
