Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and a chance to mingle with your fellow participants over light wine and refreshments. Then, we'll guide you through a brief introduction to partner yoga, emphasizing communication, trust, and connection with your partner.

After the introduction, the speed dating portion of the event will begin, led by @souljeventationyoga. You'll have a few minutes to partner up with each person in the room and practice yoga together, building a deeper connection with each new partner.

Throughout the event, we'll encourage you to switch partners frequently, giving you the opportunity to meet and connect with a diverse group of people.
