Return Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, liquids unless damaged cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products and event tickets unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they you need a size exchange or an item is defective or damaged and we will make special requests (within reason) if the shaper is not comfortable for your lifestyle. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sacredhousemd@gmail.com and we will instruct you on where to mail your items back.
Size Exchange (must be made within 48 hours)
If you need a different size you must email us at: sacredhousemd@gmail com and provide us with more details. You must pay shipping and handling of returning your shaper and receiving your updated size
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Event Policy
Non Refundable and Non Transferable
All event tickets purchased through our website are non-refundable, except in cases where we cancel the event. Once a ticket purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event modifications.
Event tickets purchased through our website are non-transferable. They are valid only for the named purchaser and may not be resold or transferred to another individual.
Cancellation
If an event is canceled, we will provide a refund to the original purchaser for the face value of the ticket(s) using the original payment method. Additional fees or charges incurred during the ticket purchase may not be eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule an event in lieu of cancellation. In such cases, ticket holders will be provided with information regarding the rescheduled date and their options for attending or obtaining a refund, if available.
Studio Rental Policies
Security Deposit:
All event rentals will be subjected to a refundable security deposit to cover damages in case of incident during the event.
Cancellation:
If the Client decides to cancel this rental agreement for any reason, they shall be entitled to a refund as follows:
a. Cancellation More Than 7 Days Prior to Event Date: If the Client cancels more than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date, they will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a cancellation fee equal to [deposit amount] of the total rental fee.
b. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Event Date: If the Client cancels within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date, the deposit shall be considered non-refundable, and the Client shall forfeit the entire deposit.
In the event that Sacred House needs to cancel this rental agreement for any reason, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all payments made to date.
If the Client wishes to reschedule the event due to a cancellation within seven (7) days of the event date, they may do so based on the availability of an alternative date within the next [3 months]. Any rescheduled event must take place within this timeframe. If the Client is unable to reschedule within this timeframe, they forfeit all fees paid.
