Memberships renew automatically every 30 days at the listed price plus a one-time $9.99 registration fee until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your Member Account or by emailing info@sacredhousemd.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Class passes expire as stated on each pass.

Sacred House does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

All Sales Are Final. Because our offerings give you immediate access to space, time, instruction, community, and information, all purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in this policy or as required by law. This includes memberships, class passes, drop-ins, event tickets, workshops, programs and cohorts (including Sacred Womb and 6 Weeks to Sexy), the Sacred Nation Founder Collective and all Collective tiers, pricing plans, registration fees, private sessions, and digital content.

Why. When you join, you receive access right away — class reservations, program materials, herbal kits, community groups, directories, grant opportunity roundups, recordings, and other resources. That access cannot be returned once given. For example, a Founder Collective member who receives a month’s grant roundup, directory listing, and community access has received that month’s value, and the payment for that month is not refundable.

Recurring Memberships and Collective Tiers. Memberships and Collective tiers renew automatically each billing period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your Member Account or by emailing info@sacredhousemd.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges only. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give refunds or credits for partial periods, unused classes, unused vends, unused studio hours, missed content days, or periods in which you did not use your membership. Registration fees are non-refundable. Founding or promotional rates end if you cancel and later rejoin.

Class Passes and Packs. Passes expire on the date shown at purchase. Unused classes are forfeited at expiration and are not refundable, transferable, or extendable, except at our sole discretion.

Programs and Cohorts. Programs such as Sacred Womb and 6 Weeks to Sexy are sold as a complete program with limited spots. Once you enroll, your payment is non-refundable, including if you miss sessions, stop attending, or do not complete the program. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments even if you stop participating. Herbal products, kits, and other physical items included in a program are non-returnable once shipped or picked up. Missed sessions may be made up only where we offer a recording or an available alternative.

Event Tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If we cancel an event, you will receive a refund of the ticket price to your original payment method; third-party processing or platform fees may not be refundable. If we reschedule an event, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a credit toward a future event within 14 days of the reschedule notice. Weather, low attendance, instructor illness, or circumstances outside our control may lead us to reschedule rather than cancel.

Classes — Late Cancel and No-Show. Please cancel class reservations at least 4 hours in advance. There is no late-cancellation fee, but late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the class from your pass or membership, or any deposit paid.

When We Will Issue a Refund. We will refund you if (a) we cancel an event, class series, or program and do not offer a reschedule, or (b) you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge. Any other exception is at our sole discretion, and granting one does not change this policy for future purchases.

Medical or Hardship Requests. If a documented medical condition prevents you from participating, contact us. We may, at our discretion, offer a membership pause or a credit. We do not offer cash refunds for these requests.

Gift Cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. They do not expire.

Products. Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Herbs, teas, steam blends, intimate and personal care items, and sale items are final sale. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged within 7 days — email info@sacredhousemd.com with your order number and a photo.

Payment Disputes. By purchasing, you agree to contact us at info@sacredhousemd.com to resolve any billing concern before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If you file a chargeback for a purchase covered by this policy, we will submit your signed agreement, account activity, and attendance records to your bank, and we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved.

Acceptance. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Event tickets are covered by the Event Tickets section of our Refund & Cancellation Policy above. In short: tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If we cancel an event, you will be refunded to your original payment method. If we reschedule, your ticket is valid for the new date, or you may request a credit toward a future event within 14 days of the reschedule notice.

Security Deposit:

All event rentals will be subjected to a refundable security deposit to cover damages in case of incident during the event.

Cancellation:

​

If the Client decides to cancel this rental agreement for any reason, they shall be entitled to a refund as follows:

​

a. Cancellation More Than 7 Days Prior to Event Date: If the Client cancels more than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date, they will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total rental fee.

​

b. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Event Date: If the Client cancels within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date, the deposit shall be considered non-refundable, and the Client shall forfeit the entire deposit.

​

In the event that Sacred House needs to cancel this rental agreement for any reason, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all payments made to date.

​

If the Client wishes to reschedule the event due to a cancellation within seven (7) days of the event date, they may do so based on the availability of an alternative date within the next 3 months. Any rescheduled event must take place within this timeframe. If the Client is unable to reschedule within this timeframe, they forfeit all fees paid.
