• Leg Extensions – lengthen through the spine and hamstrings
• Supine Spinal Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) – drop both knees to one side to release the spine and low back
• Reclined Figure Four / Thread the Needle – deep hip stretch that relieves pressure in the lower back
• Finish with Happy Baby or Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani) to relax the body and prepare for rest

Just a few minutes of gentle movement before bed can make a big difference in how your body unwinds and how deeply you sleep.

Can I be vulnerable with yall for a second? I used to say Sacred House was meant to be a hidden gem.

That the people who needed us would find us.

But standing here watching this sign go up… something finally clicked.

That wasn’t alignment.
That was fear.

Fear of being seen.
Fear of failing in public.
Fear of people watching me figure it out.

But Spirit didn’t give me this vision so I could hide it.
Spirit gave me this vision so I could build it.

And building something meaningful means being willing to grow in front of people.
To try things.
To get things wrong.
To evolve.

So this next chapter of Sacred House is about something different.

No more hiding.
No more playing small.
No more waiting until everything feels perfect.

Just building the vision out loud.
