Purchased these capsules a few months ago & I must say they work almost instantly!! I usually suffer from severe cramps the first 1-2 days of my cycle where as though I can barely function. However, since i’ve been taking these (as directed) plus the WELL WOMB tea I’m able to function better & my pain is completely soothed away.
